We welcome cash payment upon collection or EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa instore at Glenelg.

All prices listed online, are in Australia Dollars and already include 10% Goods & Services Tax.

Why not use our fitting service?

Sheepskin is a natural product and skins can vary in colour, texture, markings and size.
You can try on your favourite uggs instore and make sure of the fit.
Or you can save on postage costs and delivery times. You have the option to collect your purchases from our Glenelg store.

Prefer your purchase delivered?

If your cleared payment is received before 1.00pm (Aust. Central Time) on a business day, you will receive same day postage on in-stock orders.
In-stock order payments received after 1.00pm (Aust. Central Time) or on a non-business day, will be posted the next business day.

Orders will be posted to locations within Australia, via Australia Post or our other nominated carriers.

We recommend that you supply a business address for delivery, as a signature is required for receipt of most goods.
If you are not home when your order arrives, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest Post Office or depot.
You will require photo I.D. and a signature for collection of Registered Post.

UGG® and EMU® Australia branded boots will usually be posted in a shoebox, unless you request us to dispose of the box.
Some of our other brands are not supplied in a box and will be sent in plastic packaging.

If the ordered goods are in stock, delivery within Australia should take 4-10 business days depending upon the destination.
If your goods need to be obtained from our suppliers, we will endeavour to ensure that they are delivered to you as soon as possible.

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.
If you enter the wrong address, we're not obliged to re-send the order.

If your order has not arrived by the due date, it may be a good idea to check with your nearest Post Office.
They may be holding your parcel for you.
If your parcel is not being held, please email us at sales@coastaluggs.com.au or phone us on (08) 8376 0099.
We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
However, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery and you are not entitled to a cancellation of your order.

Upon receipt of your delivery, please check that your items match your invoice.
If there are any discrepancies in your order, please phone (08) 8376 0099 and we will aim to rectify your order asap.

Some brands are not available for overseas delivery.

International postage on boxed adult boots is AU$80.00 for the first pair with an additional AU$45.00 per each additional pair of boots when you buy on the same order and have posted in the same parcel.
Internationally shipped orders, may incur customs charges and duties upon arrival in your country.
We are not responsible for any duties or charges incurred.

Doesn’t fit?

If something doesn’t fit, we're happy to exchange within 30 days of purchase, for other goods of an equal price.
For exchange, return your unworn goods with proof of purchase, tags and intact packaging, to our store at Glenelg.
Or email your request to sales@coastaluggs.com.au.
Exchange items must be returned to us with proof of purchase and must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and labels attached and packaging intact.
Buyers are responsible for shipping and re-shipping costs on refunds and exchanges.
If we do not have your requested alternative in stock, you will be issued with a 90 day store credit for the value of your original purchase.
Sorry, we cannot give refunds for change of mind.

Problem?

Unless stated in the item description, all of our products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.At the manufacturer’s discretion, faulty items may be replaced with the same item as originally purchased (subject to stock availability) or a full refund will be given if a replacement is not available. Warranties do not cover shipping charges.
